Treatment Planning
The treatment program is tailored to the individual client’s needs and can include education, pacing strategies, goal setting, job coaching and return to work support. The focus of these services is to enable people to lead productive, independent, and satisfying lives by providing them with strategies to assist them in self-care activities such as dressing, eating, and shopping as well as activities that allow them to work productively or enjoy personal free time.

Rehabilitation Coaching
The role of our Rehabilitation Coaches is to work with clients and their families to provide functional and meaningful hands on support. Under the supervision of our Occupational Therapist's, our Rehabilitation Coaches implement and carry out the recommendations and goals outlined in the treatment planning process. They not only report and record progress but also encourage learning, self advocacy and a return to functional meaningful activities both at home and in the community. Our Rehabilitation Coaching model extends as we work under the supervision of other professionals (Speech Language Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists) in collaborating as part of multidiciplinary/interdiciplinary teams.

Occupational Therapy
Our Occupational Therapists are trained in conducting comprehensive in-home assessments to determine a client's individual needs (safety, mobility, independence and functional abilities). They are also proficient in the administration of attendant care assessments and the provision of personal support care services and adaptive aides. Other services include hospital to home discharge planning in addition to HCAI treatment plan submissions with a high approval rate.
For our clients suffering from chronic pain, our Occupational Therapist's focus their intervention around the Lifestyle Redesign approach. This type of specialized treatment focuses first and foremost on educating the client through promoting and fostering self-analysis then developing problem solving, motivation, and behavioural implementation skills. We encourage and support our clients to develop meaningful routines and habits both at home and in the community to better their physical, mental, cognitive and emotional wellbeing.
Through our many years of experience, we are dedicated and competent in accessing our clients/ families’ needs early on. We can identify and implement significant goals and plans in the first 3-6 months post accident. With the changing policies and procedures in our industry, this has proved to be an asset to our clients, families, colleagues, adjusters and lawyers.
