Best Costume Winner at the Brain Injury Society of Toronto's 2020 Virtual Run, Walk or Roll

Our very own, Beverlee Melamed took home the title of Best Costume at the 2020 Virtual Run, Walk or Roll!

This virtual event was able to raise $21, 000 towards supporting the follow projects:

• A Warm Line offering support and information

• Online Support Groups

• Webinars on issues relevant to brain injury

• Online Persistent Concussion Series

• Opportunities to socialize online, for example Halloween Party, Virtual Summer Picnic etc.

• Social Work Services: connecting people to housing, income supports, technology and other basic needs

• The launch of www.abijustice.org - the first and currently the only website dedicated to aims to decrease common barriers that become present for persons with brain injury when faced with legal matters
